Finance Manager – Manufacturing

Target Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 10% Bonus
About the Role
An established and rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Houston-based team. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys driving process improvements with minimal supervision.
As a key member of the finance team, you will partner closely with operations and executive leadership to analyze financial performance, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and enhance overall profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of owning P&L, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Highly proactive and independent, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
