We are partnering with a well-established, locally owned construction services business in Southern Utah to identify a reliable, highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper. This is a key, hands-on role supporting daily operations for a growing flooring and demolition operation.

What Youll Be Doing
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain organized financial and job documentation
- Support invoicing, payments, and basic reporting
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee job files and documentation from start to finish
- Coordinate job workflows, inspections, and schedules
- Order materials and track product needs
- Maintain organized digital records using Google Drive and Sheets
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
- Assist customers with product selection (non-sales focused)
- Follow up on jobs, schedules, and outstanding items
- Communicate clearly with field teams, vendors, and ownership
Scheduling & Team Coordination
- Manage schedules for estimators and field employees
- Assist ownership with coordinating demolition team logistics
- Provide light supervision for one administrative team member
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in office management and/or bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and consistent
- Comfortable working fully on-site in St. George
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
Nice-to-Haves (but not required)
- Experience in construction, flooring, or trade-based businesses
- Familiarity with job costing or project-based workflows
- Exposure to flooring estimation software (e.g., MeasureSquare)
