We are a busy team of talented consultants, working collaboratively to deliver accounting solutions for clients in the Phoenix area. Our talented full-time sales team generates on-going engagements in the Phoenix region, so that consultants can focus on accounting.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and financial reporting
- Manage cost-related functions such as job costing, WIP, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining standardized systems and controls
- Ensure compliance with audits, federal/state regulations, and internal control frameworks
- Develop budgets, metrics, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Lead, develop, and guide accounting staff while driving process improvements and organizational change
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting or finance with strong GAAP proficiency
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams or departments
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and financial insight abilities
- High proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
