• Provide strategic financial leadership to clients across multiple industries, including nonprofit entities.
• Lead development and execution of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and policy compliance.
• Conduct datadriven analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities; manage investor and donor relations.
• Oversee risk management, regulatory alignment, and technology integration to improve operations.
• Mentor finance team members and build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA, CMA, MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance/accounting consulting experience with strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology integration.
• Proven leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Preferred but not required nonprofit experience; broad industry exposure across multiple sectors.

• Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Budgeting & Planning.

• Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Leadership & Team Mentoring.
• Technology Integration, Investment Strategy, Data Analysis & Innovation.
• Nonprofit experience (preferred) and variety of industry experience.
