HR Administration & Employee Support
This is an onsite position in Brookfield, WI.
HR Administration & Employee Support
- Monitor, prioritize, and assign tickets within the ticketing system.
- Maintain, update and audit employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as back up to administer new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, background checks, orientation scheduling, and document collection.
- Support employee lifecycle which includes offboarding processes such as exit paperwork, system access changes, and final documentation.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee questions.
- Ensure all HR files, forms, and processes meet federal and state compliance requirements.
- Support completion and maintenance of I‑9 forms and E‑Verify processes.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Support HR projects and initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates, performance review cycles, and training logistics.
- Prepare HR-related communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and documenting employee changes.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and employment laws
- 3–5 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles supporting HR functions.
- Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity, UKG).
- Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Continued education in business administration or human resources is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus.
