Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Temporary HR Administrator. This position will be based on-site at our Milwaukee HQ (1033 North Mayfair Road, Suite 200, Wauwatosa, Milwaukee, WI 53226). This position will be a temporary position between May 4th- September 25th, for 20 hour per week with the possibility of extension based upon workload.

Key Responsibilities
- Digitize and organize employee records by converting physical documents into electronic files.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping resolve issues and promote a positive workplace culture
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma with 2 years of administrative experience, OR Associate degree with 2 years of administrative experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
