NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our healthcare linen production facility. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and delivery while developing and supporting a high-performing production team in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Supervise, coach, and develop production associates
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
- Monitor workflow efficiency and labor utilization
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership to resolve operational challenges
- Support onboarding, training, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and communicate key production and safety metrics
Qualifications
- 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading hourly production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and operational best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen experience
- Healthcare linen, industrial laundry, or regulated manufacturing experience
- ERP/WMS system experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
