About the Role
NOVO Health Services is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our healthcare linen facility. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while leading and developing a high-performing production team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Supervise, coach, and develop production associates to drive engagement and performance
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture in compliance with OSHA and NOVO standards
- Ensure production schedules are met while optimizing labor and workflow efficiency
- Monitor quality standards to meet customer and organizational expectations
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership to resolve operational challenges
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Track and communicate key production and safety metrics
What You Bring
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
- Proven experience leading hourly teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and operational metrics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification
- Experience with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Background in healthcare or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
