We are seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Route Service Representative (RSR) to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of your assigned accounts—building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and long-term relationships
- Deliver and pick up linen while ensuring quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services
- Manage your route efficiently to maximize productivity, revenue, and cost control
- Respond to customer needs with urgency and creative problem-solving
- Negotiate renewal agreements and support customer retention efforts
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals and communicate leads to Sales
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Plant Operations) to meet customer expectations
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of trucks and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Maintain a clean, organized route truck and uphold a professional appearance at all times
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
What You Bring
- Strong background in customer service, account management, or sales
- Experience driving 26–28 ft. straight trucks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to meet DOT requirements (DOT Medical Card required; can be obtained during hiring process)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 700 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods throughout the day
