🏭 Lead Maintenance Operations with NOVO Health Services – St. Louis, MO

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations at our St. Louis facility.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of all facility equipment and systems while leading a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead all maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and building systems

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues while driving root cause analysis initiatives

• Manage maintenance projects, contractors, budgets, and timelines

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and operational best practices

• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing maintenance and engineering team

• Drive operational efficiency through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership experience

• REQUIRED: Experience in large industrial laundry operations

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and facility systems

• Proven leadership, project management, and troubleshooting experience

• Healthcare or laundry industry experience strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
