Job Title: Strategy & Design Architect – EUC & Infrastructure

The Automation Strategy Architect will lead the strategic design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide automation across EUC and infrastructure environments. This role will define automation frameworks, evaluate tools and technologies, and partner with stakeholders to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring compliance and scalability.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning- Define and implement the overarching automation strategy for EUC and infrastructure
- Align automation capabilities to business goals and IT transformation initiatives
- Assess current business and IT processes to identify automation opportunities that reduce cost and manual effort
- Create scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks
- Evaluate and select automation platforms, RPA, and scripting toolsets
- Develop reference architectures and enforce automation standards across the enterprise
- Lead design and deployment of automation for EUC operations including:
- Software deployment
- Patching
- Device provisioning
- Self-service workflows
- Ensure automated workflows adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory controls
- Automate application deployment and upgrades across physical/virtual endpoints (VDI/Citrix)
- Maintain documentation including data flows, architecture diagrams, and solution guides
- Partner with cross-functional IT teams including Support, DevOps, and Product
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and implementation teams
- Advocate automation adoption to drive organizational efficiency and innovation
- Monitor technology trends and continuously evolve automation practices
- Strong scripting experience: Python, PowerShell, Bash
- Cloud automation expertise with Azure / AWS / GCP
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible
- Strong understanding of virtualization platforms and VDI: VMware, Citrix
- Endpoint and application management: Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine
- CI/CD process integration using tools like: Git, Jenkins
- Automation across Windows and Linux environments
