Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and a strong testing and quality assurance background. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale utility transformation initiatives, oversee program planning and execution, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end program management for CC&B implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Oversee testing strategy, planning, execution, and defect management for CC&B modules.
- Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and status reporting for executive leadership.
- Ensure alignment with PG&E’s business goals, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- 15 years of experience in Program/Project Management within utilities.
- Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B functionalities and processes.
- Proven background in testing lifecycle management (SIT, UAT, regression).
