Role Overview
Seeking a strong Project Manager with deep hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Finance (AP/AR/GL) and knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud to drive complex financial transformation initiatives. The individual will lead Agile delivery teams, ensure governance compliance, and support integration and migration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Act as Scrum Master, driving Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with finance/business stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and resolve delivery challenges
- Oversee integration and implementation across Oracle PeopleSoft Finance modules
- Support and facilitate transition and transformation toward Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Review technical deliverables and ensure alignment with architecture and compliance standards
- Manage project governance: RAID logs, reporting, change control, documentation
- Provide project status reporting and executive-level communication
- Proactively identify, track, mitigate, and report project risks and issues
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, best practices, and organizational controls
- Work onsite daily in Newport Beach, CA
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP/finance transformation projects
- Proven expertise working with Oracle PeopleSoft Finance modules (AP, AR, GL)
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Financials
- Solid experience leading Agile teams and ceremonies — certified Scrum Master a plus
- Experience in large enterprise and governance-focused environments
- Strong technical background in Oracle platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
