🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily field operations across water and wastewater construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and site activities
• Maintain safety compliance and produce regular safety documentation
• Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality standards
• Oversee QA/QC processes, material tracking, and site reporting
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 10 years of heavy civil and mechanical construction experience
• Previous Superintendent or Mechanical Superintendent experience
• Strong background in water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, or pump stations
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required
• Comfortable managing crews, subcontractors, and changing field conditions
Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
