Project Executive - Structural Steel
📍 Location: Palm Bay, Florida
💰Compensation: Up to $130,000
A leading and rapidly growing construction firm is seeking a Project Executive to oversee major structural steel initiatives. This role is integral to directing project lifecycles, managing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex commercial and industrial work.
🧱 Key Duties
Lead planning, execution, and closeout of structural steel projects
Supervise Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Engineers within the structural division
Oversee accurate monthly project billings to maintain healthy cashflow
Partner with the Director of Project Management on hiring for the project management team
Act as senior liaison for clients and key project stakeholders
Review and authorize contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders
Manage project risks, scope adjustments, and client expectations
Coordinate with Field Operations, Fabrication, and Detailing teams to maintain alignment
✅ What You’ll Need
10 years of project management experience on commercial or industrial projects
Proven history of overseeing complex construction initiatives
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Ability to travel up to 15%
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
