Are you an experienced Project Manager in the miscellaneous metals or structural steel industry? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and manage high-impact projects across the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead miscellaneous metals projects from start to finish – estimating, planning, scheduling, and overseeing execution
✅ Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
✅ Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure timely delivery
✅ Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site
✅ Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and productivity
Qualifications:
🔹 3 years of project management experience in miscellaneous metals or structural steel
🔹 Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
🔹 Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
