Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Bonuses
Overview:
This role supports a growing sales and rental operation, working closely with customers and internal teams to manage quotes, orders, deliveries, and rentals. It’s ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys supporting sales activity and delivering a high level of customer service.
Day to day
- Prepare and manage sales and rental quotes
- Process customer orders and review purchase orders
- Act as a main point of contact for customer and order enquiries
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and rental schedules
- Manage rental contracts and track inventory
- Resolve order, invoicing, and shipping queries
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in sales support or inside sales
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Experience with quoting, order processing, or ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
