We are seeking a well-experienced candidate with a minimum of 4 years in the construction industry - preferably in the Mechanical and/or Electrical installations in high and low rise constructions, with an excellent track record.

Responsibilities
- Report to General Manager/Director.
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the field of engineering.
- Conduct site visits, prepare correspondences and reports
- Maintain effective liaison with contractors, developers, consultants and agencies.
- Manage site issues, coordination and documentation
- Create studies and summaries of previous and ongoing construction projects
- Direct staff on projects, assigning and reviewing work, and advising on technical problems.
- Engineering/construction management technologist diploma/degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, Mechanical and electrical related preferable.
- Analytical mindset and competent report writing skills including the ability to obtain information and prepare reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with all employees, client divisions/sections, outside agencies and/or politicians and other levels of government.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and conflicting priorities
- Ability to formulate sound engineering decisions and judgment
