You’ll play a key role in shaping the organization’s growth by owning the hiring process end-to-end while also supporting broader HR initiatives across benefits, compensation, and employee experience.
Position highlights:
- 5-days onsite in the San Jose office (no wiggle here to work remotely
- Pay is $120-$140K
- This is a FULL time role and NOT a contract position
- Construction or subcontractor experience is required
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent develop
- Contribute to succession planning and performance management initiatives
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies
- Manage sourcing, interviewing, and offer proc
- Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Compensation
- Support compensation planning, offers, and internal equity
- Assist with job descriptions and annual compensation processes
- Maintain compensation data and reporting
Offboarding & Employee Transitions
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes
- Coordinate documentation, benefits transitions, and internal handoffs
- Conduct exit interviews and track insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)
- 7 years full-cycle recruiting experience (construction company experience is preferred)
- Strong background in recruiting, benefits, compensation, and employee lifecycle support
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
