General Responsibilities
The Client Relations Coordinator has responsibility for managing Client Relations Center (CRC) clients and generating leads from the CRC client base under the direction of the CRC Director. The CRC has responsibility and accountability for the network officeβs unassigned clients.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business Operation
- Works with CRC Director to oversee the activity of the financial representatives on the CRC team
- Assists in accountability meetings with the financial representatives
- Tracks production and activities for: Leads generated, financial representative activities related to appointments kept, and cases open
- Production related to sales
Client Management
- Maintains unassigned client data
- Provides support for client transitions due to planned or unplanned financial representative transitions
- Handles incoming service requests relating to all Northwestern Mutual products
- Responds to regulatory requirements
Lead Generation
- Proactively reconnects with unassigned clients
- Identifies clients for sharing with financial representatives
- Researches clients
- Shares and manages clients with financial representatives
Qualifications
Licensing and contracting minimum recommendations when interacting with clients based on the network office territory:
- Associate Financial Representative Contract
- Long Term Care Appointment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
