The Print Specialist position is responsible for preparing and producing quality print products that will go to support the various departments at the college. These products include class materials, advertising brochures, posters, banners, business cards, etc. An ideal candidate for this role would pay great attention to detail and be excited by a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Provide copy services support to administrative and instructional staff members to include production, scheduling, and delivery of completed print products in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the completion of finishing and binding services: folding, comb and coil binding, lamination, cutting/trimming, padding, etc.
- Prepare files for print using Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Serve as support person for the job management software Print Shop Pro.
- Monitor emails and phones daily for incoming projects.
- Assist with general filing and customer service via the telephone, email, and front-counter.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- One (1) to four (4) years of administrative experience and general knowledge of office procedures.
- Ability to type 25 WPM accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) strongly preferred
- Wide-format printing experience preferred
