We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work with our Big Blue Truck team. This role helps keep our operations running smoothly through proactive support, thoughtful communication, and a strong service mindset. Key functions of this position include coordinating logistics, managing data, and creating impactful reports and presentations. This position will also provide backup support to our Front Desk Reception team.

Location: SeaTac, WA
Wage Range: $24.62 - $28.72 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 1 pm

Essential Duties:
- Assisting in coordination or the Big Blue Truck driver fleet, including daily compilation and entry of collection records
- Overseeing data entry projects to include compiling raw data into various department reports
- Assisting the Big Blue Truck team by updating dashboards, inventory reports, and creating monthly collection recaps
- Submitting Service Requests in accordance with divisional standards
- Utilizing tools and technology including CRMs, databases, scripts, etc...
- Designing reports and create engaging presentations that effectively communicate information to diverse audiences
- Performing other general administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Providing backup support for Front Desk Reception as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of Administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with various stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changes of responsibilities, tasks, or special projects
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
