Walker County Adult Outpatient Services, 1100 7th Avenue, Jasper, AL 35501
DESCRIPTION
This position includes transporting and providing direct care for our clients attending day treatment at Walker Outpatient. Job duties will be explained in more depth during the interview.
Pay Rate: $10.00
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm; driver required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, HS Transcripts, or GED/HS Equivalency Certificate.
- A current/valid non-expired driver's license.This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
- Social security card
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word processing, Excel and Outlook.
- You will be required to complete MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
