DESCRIPTION
The LPN will provide personal care services and prescribed medical treatment for children and adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and modification of the client's service plan. Administer the client's medication program as prescribed based on center policies and procedures. Assist in the monitoring of vital signs, blood sugar monitoring, and other lab results. Assist with admissions and discharges. Complete the appropriate documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Provide family support and education. Provide for client and staff safety. Requirements:
- Must possess a current/valid LPN nursing license in the State of Alabama.
- Will accept a new graduate. Experience is preferred but not required.
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license.
- Social security card
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and use computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word processing, Excel, Outlook, and typing 40 wpm.
- You will be required to complete MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
