What are the responsibilities and job description for the SU QSAP III Counselor position at Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center?
Description
*$2,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
Job duties include providing individual and group support and working with individuals. Help with linkage to treatment and community resources. Meet with individuals in hospital settings and in the community. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, family/marriage counseling, or rehabilitation counseling.
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; will discuss further at the interview.
Starting Rate: Will be discussed during interview
