Description
Seeking an experienced professional to provide support in the Walker County substance use division. The candidate will provide a personal desire to make a difference for the organization's clients and employees. Building and maintaining solid connections, as well as providing administrative support to the director. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and type 40 wpm.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/high school equivalency certificate
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pay Rate: $12/hr
