What are the responsibilities and job description for the OP Master Level Therapist position at Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center?

*$5,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
This position is responsible for counseling substance use and mentally ill individuals and/or groups and developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work—other human service field degrees will be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred, but a new graduate will be considered.
- SU certification within 30 months of hire is required.
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Starting Salary: Will be discussed at interview.
