What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Level Therapist position at Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center?

*$5,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
This position is responsible for counseling individuals or groups, developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan, providing family support, and providing education. Job duties will be discussed in more depth at the interview.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
- Social security card
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license. Will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
