Responsible for immediately greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them to the appropriate department, as well as ensuring an overall exceptional customer service experience

Responsible for immediately greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them to the appropriate department, as well as ensuring an overall exceptional customer service experience
Schedule: Full-time : 2 shifts available
- A full-time, 3-day shift, 7:30am until 9:00pm, that rotates every 4 weeks.
- A full-time, 5 day shift Monday - Friday
- Perform prior-to-opening tasks in a timely manner, which includes checking early bird box, moving vehicles, checking/filling inventory levels of supplies, unlocking doors, etc.
- Immediately greeting all customers and directing them to the appropriate service advisor or team member
- Locating pre-written repair order and confirming information with the customer
- Moving vehicles where needed (example: moving car out of service drive into service parking after customer has dropped car off)
- Monitor customer return times and proactively retrieve cars so that they are waiting for them in the service drive, ready to go.
- Washing vehicles and/or wiping them down as requested and needed
- When loaner cars are returned; document all incoming mileage and walk around vehicle. Report any damage and the overall condition of loaner to TSMA. Park loaner in customer parking.
- Maintain service drive to ensure it is free of dirt, debris, and snow
- Inspect customer lounge, straightening up of area and refilling coffee/snacks as needed
- Filing repair orders
- Road testing vehicles
- Identify and remove new/used cars in service parking and move to correct location
Qualifications:
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and/or PC.
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the work day.
- Valid in-state drivers license.
