Full-Time Mobile Home Repair & Installation Technician

Western New York mobile home service is seeking a full-time technician to join our premier mobile home repair and installation company. We provide expert service across mobile and manufactured housing communities and pride ourselves on workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This position is suited for someone with a background in home improvement who wants steady, varied field work and the opportunity to grow their skill set.

Position Overview

The technician will perform on-site repairs and installations, focusing on safety, quality, and efficient problem solving. Work includes general carpentry, plumbing fixes, and light HVAC tasks. While 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred, we value attitude and willingness to learn and will provide training to the right candidate. A New York State Valley drivers license is required for this role due to the travel between job sites throughout the region.

Daily Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete repairs at mobile home sites.
• Execute basic carpentry projects: door/window adjustments, flooring repair, trim and finish work.
• Perform plumbing work such as leak repair, fixture replacement, and simple pipe maintenance.
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance when needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and supervisors, ensuring satisfaction and accurate job records.
