Overview
Northside Imports is a wholesale distributor for European automotive parts. We are a family owned company. We are seeking Order Pickers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking and staging items for shipment. Position is for a Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm shift.
Duties
- Utilize warehouse management system to locate and pick items for orders
- Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment to move items within the warehouse
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Skills
- Experience with order picking in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in using pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of mechanical operations for equipment handling
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
