Warehouse Manager

Job responsibilities include:

- Supervising daily warehouse activities such as quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, packing, receiving, and customer service.

- In charge of supervising 10 other warehouse employees with schedule management, overtime control, and delegating of different tasks.

- Must be able to work the schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays as well depending on workload; Saturday hours are 8am-2pm. Sundays we are closed.

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with legal regulations.

Required skills and qualifications:

- 3 or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing warehouse employees.

- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff as well as deliver effective feedback both written and verbal.

- License to operate a forklift.

- Computer savvy, Microsoft word/excel proficiency.
