Role: Provide professional physical therapy care within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning for patients.
Responsibilities: Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, maintain accountability, seek continuous improvement in patient care, take initiative for professional growth, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Certified Lymphedema Therapist, graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, valid Texas license or temporary license, current Basic Life Support certification, and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
Key Duties: Deliver direct and indirect patient care, adhere to Practice of Physical Therapy rules, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
