Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate progress.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and team management
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy services
- Build strong relationships with patients and staff
- Support team training and development
- Ensure procedural and treatment compliance
- Contribute to a collaborative, technology-driven environment
- Current licensure or certification as per state requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy program
- Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Preferred: professional certifications and active Therapy Clinical Ladder status
