Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Role Overview: Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of treatments and procedures. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with team scheduling, training, and communication, while building strong relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum three years of occupational therapy experience, including two in leadership or clinical roles
- Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications
- Support daily therapy operations and team activities
- Deliver patient-centered care and celebrate recovery milestones
- Promote a collaborative, supportive environment for staff and patients
