Responsibilities
- Assist in daily therapy team management and operations
- Deliver direct patient care tailored to individual needs
- Guide and mentor therapy staff to ensure quality care
- Promote a positive, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
- Current state licensure or certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years clinical practice
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialized certifications preferred
