The Role
As a Temporary Operations Associate, you will help manage documentation workflows, organize client data, and support the intake and execution of sensitive financial materials. Your accuracy and follow-through will directly support the firm’s ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver outstanding service to clients.
What You’ll Do
- Process client paperwork via DocuSign and other onboarding tools, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Upload, organize, and maintain client records in Salesforce and internal systems
- Assist in intake and processing of financial documents for client onboarding and service requests
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
- Protect the confidentiality and security of client information
- Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or enrollment in one) in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within financial or professional services is preferred
- Familiarity with DocuSign and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A professional and discreet demeanor
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $25.00 per hour $10.00 daily parking stipend for each day on-site. This role is also eligible for Employee Sick & Safe Time (ESST). For more details on ESST, visit the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's website.
