Internship Program

NorthRock’s internship program attracts top undergraduate students seeking meaningful exposure to the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry. Over the course of 12 weeks, interns gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and engage directly with leaders and professionals across the firm.

About the Role

  • Track transition milestones and maintain progress dashboards for visibility
  • Partner with internal teams and custodians to resolve transition-related issues
  • Contribute to integration training materials, playbooks, and templates
  • Participate in post-transition debriefs to identify improvements and lessons learned
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with NorthRock’s service standards

What You Bring

  • Junior or senior class standing preferred
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

  • Curiosity about M&A, financial services, or operational process design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
