You find fulfillment in creating order from complexity and ensuring every person feels supported through change.

About the Role

The Manager of Integration supports the strategic planning and daily execution of new advisor team onboarding and integration at NorthRock. Partnering closely with the Senior Manager of Integration, you’ll ensure a smooth, consistent, and thoughtful experience for incoming teams and their clients.

  • Support advisor team transitions through all stages of integration, managing both operational workflows and the human side of change
  • Serve as a steady, empathetic presence during transitions, building trust and engagement among incoming teams
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task management across multiple projects to ensure a consistent and timely experience
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align systems, processes, and communication
  • Act as a primary point of contact for incoming teams, addressing questions and facilitating clear communication throughout the transition
  • Coordinate training programs that equip new teams with essential systems knowledge and workflows
  • Monitor integration milestones and maintain detailed reporting for leadership visibility
  • Contribute to refining integration playbooks and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Organize meetings, onsite sessions, and key integration activities to support team readiness and engagement

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial services, integrations, or M&A
  • Demonstrated success supporting teams through M&A activity with a focus on transition and cultural integration
  • Strong ability to communicate with, influence, and support financial advisory teams
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices

Who You Are

  • Empathetic Leader: You understand the human side of transitions and bring sensitivity and professionalism to every interaction
  • Detail-Oriented: You maintain precision and organization even while managing multiple moving parts
  • Collaborative Partner: You thrive working cross-functionally and believe the best results come from shared success

Additional Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
