About the Role
The Manager of Integration supports the strategic planning and daily execution of new advisor team onboarding and integration at NorthRock. Partnering closely with the Senior Manager of Integration, you’ll ensure a smooth, consistent, and thoughtful experience for incoming teams and their clients.
You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines and deliverables, and align systems, processes, and people to create an efficient and high-quality transition experience. This is a visible and high-impact role, ideal for someone who enjoys blending operational precision with people-centered leadership.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Integration to develop and refine strategies that optimize onboarding and enhance operational efficiency
- Support advisor team transitions through all stages of integration, managing both operational workflows and the human side of change
- Serve as a steady, empathetic presence during transitions, building trust and engagement among incoming teams
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task management across multiple projects to ensure a consistent and timely experience
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align systems, processes, and communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for incoming teams, addressing questions and facilitating clear communication throughout the transition
- Coordinate training programs that equip new teams with essential systems knowledge and workflows
- Monitor integration milestones and maintain detailed reporting for leadership visibility
- Contribute to refining integration playbooks and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability
- Organize meetings, onsite sessions, and key integration activities to support team readiness and engagement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
- 5–7 years of experience in financial services, integrations, or M&A
- Demonstrated success supporting teams through M&A activity with a focus on transition and cultural integration
- Strong ability to communicate with, influence, and support financial advisory teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base pay salary rate for this role is $92,000 - $106,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Work Conditions
- Physical Requirements: This role requires occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
- Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry.
- On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
