What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and contractors
- Oversee property inspections and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and make-ready units
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues hands-on
- Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and residents
