Field Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, providing leadership in the office, and working alongside technicians in the field. This role ensures quality standards are met, schedules are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved. The Field Supervisor acts as the point of contact between management, staff, and clients, balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on work.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning technicians in both residential and commercial settings.
• Perform carpet cleaning and minor repair work as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage scheduling, assignments, and communication between office and field staff.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Apply stain treatments and additional services to restore carpet appearance.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, representing the company in all interactions.
• Assist with inventory control, equipment maintenance, and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Carpet cleaning experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Commitment to high standards as a representative of the company.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, stoop, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
• Frequent movement of upper and lower body, including use of arms, hands, and legs.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Repetitive motions, including reaching and grasping, in the course of performing job duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
