**About the Position**
Supports the Assistant Director and Fleet Manager in the coordination of
3 business units under the Fleet Services umbrella. This position will
spend a majority of their time within the motor pool; however,
assignments in other areas will be as needed. This position will have
fiscal responsibilities that impact a large scope of University
departments, and must also have a basic understanding of Grant
guidelines.

- Manages the fleet fuel cards including dispatching cards, billing,

- Assists in working with outside rental vendors including booking
