Responsibilities
- Build real estate underwriting and development models
- Contribute to all phases of the acquisitions process
- Supporting the lifecycle of development process
- Site visits and property-level due diligence execution
- Preparation of reporting and analytics for family office C-Suite and founders
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant real estate investment/acquisitions/development experience
- Exceptional skill with real estate financial modeling in Excel
- Self-starter with high personal and ethical standards
- Comfortable with occasional travel and working on a lean deal team
- Bachelor's degree
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
