Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter liaison for projects involving Advent Geneva and related investment accounting workflows.
- Lead Geneva-related implementations, upgrades, integrations, data conversion efforts, and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and technology teams to optimize Geneva functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Provide guidance on best practices, system capabilities, and operational impacts related to Geneva.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects supporting business and operational objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, finance, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Advent Geneva is required.
- 5 years of project management experience within asset management, hedge funds, alternative investments, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects involving Advent Geneva, including system enhancements, implementations, integrations, upgrades, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of investment accounting, fund accounting, and operational workflows supported by Geneva.
