A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment Management Paralegal to support its legal team across fund, trading, and corporate matters. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex investment structures and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the firm.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background required (GPA 3.5 required, GPA 3.8 highly preferred)
- Paralegal experience at a top corporate law firm and/or investment manager, private equity, or hedge fund
- Familiarity with fund structures and investment management terms preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems required
- Litigation experience is not preferred.
The Opportunity
- Partner with attorneys on fund, trading, and corporate legal matters
- Form legal entities and maintain organizational documentation
- Review investor materials, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires
- Coordinate regulatory filings, marketing registrations, and internal projects
- Support board meetings, including preparation of materials and resolutions
- Manage investor side letters and related compliance tracking
- Coordinate diligence and compliance requests (e.g., AML/KYC)
- Review confidentiality agreements and assist with ad hoc legal documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers across ongoing matters
