Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in New York Metro, is looking for a Paralegal who has worked on Fund Foundations and portfolios, to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer legal documentation across multiple entities
- Maintain and update capitalization tables for a portfolio of companies
- Oversee documentation and administration of equity awards for employees
- Support entity management and ongoing administration for portfolio companies and related funds
- Assist with compliance reviews of marketing and investor-facing materials
- Liaise with legal and finance teams across portfolio organizations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple office locations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work
- Comfortable interacting regularly with senior stakeholders across internal teams and affiliated organizations
Salary : $50 - $60
