Our client, a growing company based in Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while supporting administrative, operational, and billing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and building management.
- Assist with billing, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Manage office budgets and oversee vendor contracts and payments.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events.
- Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation.
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees and general HR administration.
- Ensure the office environment remains professional, efficient, and well-maintained.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of Office Management, Administrative Management, or related experience.
- Experience managing office operations, vendors, and facilities.
- Exposure to billing, invoicing, and expense management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
