Our client, a well-know financial services firm, located in New York, NY, is hiring an Investor Relations Consultant for their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to institutional investors and work closely with a world-class investment and client service team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the completion of DDQs, RFPs, and investor questionnaires across multiple strategies.
- Support the Investor Relations team with client communications, investor reporting, and fundraising materials.
- Coordinate with investment, operations, and compliance teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in client deliverables.
- Maintain and update firm and fund data in internal systems and databases.
- Help prepare presentation materials and track investor requests and due diligence activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investor Services, or Fund Operations, ideally within an asset manager or hedge fund.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Experience preparing DDQs, RFPs, or responding to investor questionnaires is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $55 - $65
