Department Overview
The Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of portfolio track records, performance reporting, and risk metrics for both internal and external stakeholders. The team collaborates closely with Product Specialists, Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, Operations, Valuation, Deal Execution, and Technology teams.
Role Overview
The firm is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Portfolio Analytics team, supporting both its Private Credit and Liquid Credit platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering performance reporting and risk metrics to portfolio managers and investors, and will work across a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance at the investment, portfolio, and fund level across private credit and liquid credit strategies
- Create and maintain client portfolio reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis; prepare ongoing and custom investor data requests, fund performance queries, and reports in collaboration with Valuation, Fund Accounting, and Investor Relations teams
- Ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of performance reporting; maintain the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track key performance and investment metrics, including industry, sector, country, investment type, market cap, leverage, and regional exposures
- Assist in the operational due diligence of existing and prospective investors
- Coordinate with Investor Relations, Compliance, Portfolio Managers, and Operations teams around new product launches, client servicing, and custom reporting requests
Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
