SAND PIT FOREMAN
Reports To:
The Sand Pit Foreman will directly report to the Sand Pit Supervisor.
Job Overview:
The Sand Pit Foreman will provide supervision and guidance to hourly employees and contractors daily, giving support and instruction where needed. They will be responsible for the overall safety, environmental compliance, maintenance, production, and upkeep of required documentation at a Sand Screening site in conjunction with the Sand Pit Supervisor.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prioritize work based on operational goals and needs.
Coordinate daily production activities for determining material requirements and maximizing that material output.
Assist with all repairs to facility.
Provide training to all employees on new tasks.
Act in accordance with all compliance, safety, and environmental requirements.
Delegate activities to hourly employees and contractors to best utilize their skills for the benefit of site operations and production.
Anticipate maintenance needs of all equipment and schedule those tasks promoting the least amount of interfering downtime as possible.
Provide the Sand Pit Supervisor with the support needed to maintain all NTNSM documentation and compliance activities.
Maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the mining and Screening industries required.
Experience in the Tracked Screen industry a plus.
