Job Summary
- Provide IT support at cleint location in Nashville, TN.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Handle up to 30 IT support calls per day in a call center environment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Administer and troubleshoot printers (server print queues and local queues).
- Manage Active Directory, including:
- Navigating different OUs
- Looking up user attributes
- Resetting passwords and unlocking accounts
- Support, manage, and deploy iOS devices (iPhones/iPads), including:
- Setting up new devices
- Resetting iTunes accounts and network settings
- Backing up and restoring device data
- Support video conferencing solutions (Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence).
- Troubleshoot network issues (internal/external, VPN, LTE, WiFi).
- Troubleshoot application issues (account permissions, compatibility, browser vs. installed applications).
- Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
- Assist with hardware deployment.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and assignment.
