Minimum Experience/Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and support the conduct of developmental research trials and industrial production processes.
- Proven initiative, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend more efficient approaches to tasks.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning, with the ability and desire to acquire new skills and expand knowledge.
- Eagerness to learn on the job and quickly adapt to new responsibilities and environments.
- 1–3 years of experience working within quality systems (e.g., cGMP, ISO , or similar regulated environments).
- Experience with inventory management processes and systems.
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and equipment upkeep.
